CASE STUDY № 5

AI for Operations & Research

Turning an unmanageable flood of expert material into a verified, searchable house library.

The problem

Knowledge work drowns in intake — courses, books, funnels, advertisements — far faster than any human can absorb, transcribe, or file it. Unprocessed intake is a liability; processed, it compounds.

The implementation

An intake pipeline with discipline: bulk transcription, distillation into skill and archetype files, verified counts at every stage, raw transcripts mirrored to a permanent archive, and processed sources erased from the intake bay the moment their distillation is verified.

Scope of work

Proof. 687 distilled works (249 skill files + 438 archetype files) against a 1,955-row catalog; company dossiers produced by this pipeline are in active use — including the one that prepared this institute's founder for his current chapter.
